Vidya and Lesley are going to Mid Valley 2morrow.. zz.. they open an invitation for me too.. well.. thankies k... but i dun think i wanna go.... haihz... no motive for me to go also.. =S anyway.. staying at home and berkulat is much more meaningful.. haha... at least when i have the mood.. i can just take a book and read... at least i wont waste my time.. anyway.. u girls enjoy ur movies k?? =) Bay go there also sure kacau u all only.. later u all tak berseronok... haha....

well... Andrew.. proteins might penetrate through our kidney.. and if does.. our kidney will spoil... and besides.. if u have muscles... but u didn't maintain it.. it will soon converts into fats... and then it will seriously be ugly.. but anyway... if it really says that it is recommended.. i think if u wan... you can go try and see... but for me.. i wont buy la... a moderate body will do for me.. i dun wish to OVERDO it... what for having muscular body when u dun actually need it.. besides... big look doesn't do much for me.. i rather have a body like Donnie Yen!! woohoo!! planning to learn hip hop soon... xD wanna be Malaysian version punya Donnie Yen... jeng jeng jeng.... but the final decision is still under u.. u can buy it if u find it good... just a point to let u see only... no big deal...

LASTLY.. screw MATRICES.. confusing... misleading.. and and... GRRRRR... 1 question can take me at least half an hour!!
